Dosbox shareware nagware version? legit? Or not?

This is a discussion about Dosbox shareware nagware version? legit? Or not? in the Windows Software category; I was chekcing out dosbox before and saw an open source dosbox (dosfreak provided a link) Then today i typed dosbox into google today and found this. they have a shareware Dosbox program with nags etc.

Then today i typed dosbox into google today and found this.

they have a shareware "Dosbox" program with nags etc.

Is it separate product, or some kind of scam?
