Driver_IRQL_not_less_or_equal

I have been having the problem for a long time and it is really frustrating, My computer is about 2 years old and i have tried reformattiong using a ton of programs that said they could fix errors and ntohing has helped at all, I would really appreciate any help.

I have been having the problem for a long time and it is really frustrating, My computer is about 2 years old and i have tried reformattiong using a ton of programs that said they could fix
errors and ntohing has helped at all, I would really appreciate any help. Here iss my system specs and my USB Specs. I have found that this problem either occurs when i use my webcam sometimes and when i play World of Warcraft. My computer will either crash to a blue screen or just crash and restart.

Do a search on these forums and you will come up with several posts on the subject, such as here.
 
Also take a look at this forum post on the subject.
 
Since you have a USB NIC, did you try to update the drivers to the latest offered by Netgear?
