Drivers for 3com lan/dsl

This is a discussion about Drivers for 3com lan/dsl in the Windows Hardware category; My brother is upgrading to win 2k. He owns a Pavilion 9686c. I'm helping with the upgrade. I need the drivers for a 3 com lan/dsl modem. None posted on the 3com site. Will the drivers for the non lan equipped modem work.
