I have a big problem to run Empire earth on win XP pro.
The setup is correct.
But when i click to start the game, nothing.
No error message,no black or blue screen.
Here is my parameters.
AMD thunderbird 700 Mhz
Geforce 256 DDR
512 MB of sdram pc-133
Windows XP pro
SB Live 1024
I tried all latest patches for the game and all the detonators drivers for my geforce.
If someone can help me.

Might be the sound card. Disable it then try to run it with no sound. See what happens.

Doesn't want to run yet after disabling my sound card.
Are you using a firewall program like Zonealarm? Once you give/deny permission for Empire Earth to access the internet, it should work just fine.

i believe there is a patch to fix that problem.
I had to patch mine, cause of sound related issues.

http://empireearth.sierra.com/support.php This game works ok on my xp pro, Try NVIDIA for better drivers version 56.72 works for geforce 2 upwards. I have SBLIVE aswell with standard drivers.
