I am Not a Geek dot com has posted a review on the Enermax EG651P-VE power supply
 
Above I have recreated the power chart from the side of the EG651P-VE. There are 5 types of power created by an ATX power supply which our +3.3V, +5V, +12V, -5V, -12V, and +5Vsb. An ATX motherboard uses all 6 types of power. Most drives use +5V and + 12V that is why there are four wires on the power connectors for hard drives. The two black wires are grounds the yellow is +12V and the red is +5V. And every case fan I have ever seen runs off of +12V.
