I can think of a few ways -
 
Forget birthday
Leave bra, two sizes two small, in car
Say her sister has nice ass/breasts/legs
Leave toilet seat up
Leave wet towels on floor
Make pass at her mother
Ask mates over when she asks to watch a special movie

Have a 'flirt' with another sim (male or female) while both engaged sims are in the same room.

Heh, on the oldies station today on the way home for lunch I heard this song, and "Lucy in the sky with diamonds". Made me think of you APK...
