Error 2009 in system log

I'm getting Error 2009 in the system log file constantly. 2-3 times a day the message will show up in the log fileit does this hundreds of times in the space of a few seconds. Error text says: The server could not expand a table because the table reached the maximum size.

I'm getting Error 2009 in the system log file constantly. 2-3 times a day the message will show up in the log file--it does this hundreds of times in the space of a few seconds. Error text says: "The server could not expand a table because the table reached the maximum size." I've done the fixes Microsoft has on their Knowledge Base, but it didn't do any good. FYI: this is both a file server and an Exchange server. We were running ArcServe and InoculateIT, but disabled them because we thought they may be the problem.

Thanks for ANY help on this.

OP
I've already tried this fix--there's nothing on the server that indicates that this is the problem--no evidence of too many files being opened, usually fewer than 30-40 files open at any one time.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks
