Errors

Well heres my story friday when i put on my computer it gave me a reboot log error something about can`t find and then boot from cd so i put in my xp cd restarted reinstalled about 20 times and still didn`t work So i toke my slave HDD and made it my master HDD then loaded windows and it worked only problem is that ...

So i toke my slave HDD and made it my master HDD then loaded windows and it worked only problem is that windows runs coppy like when i scroll down or move a window its LAG!! bad anyway to fix the problems
