Exchange 2003 can only send and receive locally.

All, Recently installed exchange 2003 and cant seem to send or receive mail to or from the internet. I had another server (old configuration) running Windows 2003 ent w/exchange 2003 on one nic card and mail works fine so MX records and name resolution is good.

All,
Recently installed exchange 2003 and cant seem to send or receive mail to or from the internet. I had another server (old configuration) running Windows 2003 ent w/exchange 2003 on one nic card and mail works fine so MX records and name resolution is good.

(New configuration)
Some info:
Router Cisco 678 (patched), port fowarded 80, 25 to 10.0.0.25
10.0.0.25 is the PDC AD (win 2003 std.sp1) running DNS, DHCP, RAS. 2 nics; outside 10.0.0.25 inside 192.168.16.2 255.255.255.0

Internal network 192.168.16.2-254. Reserved 192.168.16.13 the exchange 2003 on windows 2003 ent ed. (getting ready to patch os and exchange tonight)

exchange sends and receives locally just fine, however no mail in or out to the internet. DNS is working fine on clients attached to the 192 network.

Logs show no dns errors...

fqdn srv1.somename.local on 10.0.0.25 two NICs PDC
srv2.somename.local on 192.168.16.13 one NIC Exchg srv (also is a BDC)

If this dosen't make any sense let me know, it's late...

OK smtp gets port fowared to 10.0.0.25 but never seems to get to the 192.168.xx side and visa versa. Any help would be appreciated
Thanks in advance.
