This is a discussion about ez cd creator not recognizing audio files? in the Windows Hardware category; I have 4. 03 of EZCD creator. i go to make an audio CD and point it to the dir where my mp3s are and it says there are no audio files, i drag and drop the mp3 there and it says its not a valid audio file.
I have 4.03 of EZCD creator. i go to make an audio CD and point it to the dir where my mp3s are and it says there are no audio files, i drag and drop the mp3 there and it says its not a valid audio file. Just wondering if anyone has encountered this problem? If not looks like a reinstall of gaycd creator is gonna happen unless there is a better cd burning program to change the fade-in and outs of track times.

yeah i havent made an audio CD in a long time so i dont know. CDrwin works fine so i will use that.
Well, when I first installed whistler, in the readme.1st file there were a lot of instructions about its incompatibility with easy cd creator, so maybe that has something to do with it.

wow this is an old topic. I don't use PooPoo CD Creator anymore, i use nero. It runs better in normal priority than PooPoo CD Creator does in High.
can any of you all use adaptec ez cd creator 4.03a in XP? it gives me a compatibility error.. a dialog comes up saying that it has a known error and that it won't run without an update.. anyone know how to get around this? suggestions other than "use nero" would be appreciated, lol.. i like to fix these problems instead of just ditching the software
Upgrade to EZCD creator 4.05. It may work with XP... I don't know because I'm still running W2K.
