Fallout tactics crashes under Windows XP

This is a discussion about Fallout tactics crashes under Windows XP in the Windows Games category; Every time I play this game it crashes after while. It is patched with latest patch (ver 1. 27). Does anyone knows what is to be done solve this problem? Thank you.
