Fast switching...Problems

Ok, I enabled fast switching for my computer since I have a couple people using it. The switching works in my account , administrator, but it doesn't work well in the other acounts. I thought that this was because they weren't administrators so I changed the user accounts to be admins.

I thought that this was because they weren't administrators so I changed the user accounts to be admins. But that didn't work at all. Most of the time you can only bring up the account you are currently in, in accounts other that mine. And if you keep it up to long then it produces an error and it stops t5he fast switching in that account .
Any ideas? I know that this is trivial but when I find a problem I like to get it solved and unfortunaly I don't know enough about XP to solve it my self.
