Fifa 2001 flicker?

Now, I have a Compaq armada m700 with ATI Mobility Video card running windows 2000 My problem with Fifa 2001 is that once the game start, the screen flickers real bad.

My problem with Fifa 2001 is that once the game start, the screen flickers real bad. And I have no idea what to do. Can anyone help out a newbie?

I've same problem with PII 333 with ATI Rage II 3d Card running Win2000; same applies to Need for Speed Porsche (NFS 5);
does anyone know how to fix it ?
