Final Fantasy VIII install problems for XP

This is a discussion about Final Fantasy VIII install problems for XP in the Windows Games category; hi Im new to the forum. . I just got FF 8 and im running XP with a ATI Radeon 128 meg Graphics Accelerator. For some reason I load the game in and do not get an install program. Any suggestions?.
