Finally got 5.13 working, here's how in case someone else do
After going round and round trying to get any version after 3. 66 working and ending up in black screen, I finally tried something in the bios. I just set everything to the default setting and just redid the processor settings and disabled the serial ports (using ps2 for now).

I dont know what exactly was changed in the bios to allow for the 5.13 detonator drivers to work properly and I am hoping someone else on the board can answer this. But the drivers are very good and has restored my interests in using win2k again.

You shouldn't have ANY problems with the 5.13 drivers with the TNT2/Ultra. Most of the problems with the new drivers are on GeForce cards, because it "unlocks" more power of the card.
If anybody is having trouble with the 5.13 drivers on anything but a Geforce. Then you are doing something seriously wrong. I have an Ultra on my second pc, and put it through some rigorous testing, not one hiccup. Nothing, just rock stable. Now the GeForce, I use the 3.81 drivers, there much more stable for it.
