flashy page.....?

my IE and AOL IE have been acting funky since that error popped up. . . they keep flashing, if theirs any media on a page or a GIF image on a webpage it flashes. . . looks like white tv scanlines but thicker and flashes on a webpage.

my IE and AOL IE have been acting funky since that error popped up...they keep flashing, if theirs any media on a page or a GIF image on a webpage it flashes...looks like white tv scanlines but thicker and flashes on a webpage. I pretty sure its not a virus, i ran about 7 diffrent virus cleaners and nothing.

SOS, since you are making reference to that other problem. You can go here and download kernel32.dll and install it. There are 2 kernel32.dll's there for download, just grab them both and install one and see if that fixes the problem. If it doesn't then run the other one.
