Force shut down in Windows 2000?
This is a discussion about Force shut down in Windows 2000? in the Windows Software category; I was just wondering if there's a way to tell Windows 2000 to shut down all the programs even though they might not respond to the SHUT DOWN command? I have 2 programs that don't always close when I select SHUT DOWN from the START MENU.

I have 2 programs that don't always close when I select SHUT DOWN from the START MENU. What I'll get is "Sysfader.exe is not responding", and I'll get a progress bar. Once I close it, it'll shut down the PC. Another program is the Motherboard Monitor for monitoring temperatures.
Thanks
Simon
