FTPS on Windows 2003

This is a discussion about FTPS on Windows 2003 in the Everything New Technology category; I was wondering how to use SSL with FTP so I could enforce usernames and passwords securely, but I found out windows doesn't support this basic feature yet. Soooo. . . I'm downloading a free FTP server that allows it.
