Try running it with ACT. Use Win98 layer. Go here for more info on how.

I don't have any problems with saving games, but i can play only with music and without sound or speech. Does sound or speech work for you? What were your sound-settings during install?

Sound and speech work fine. The only problem is when I press the save button. When I installed it the installer said that all of the tests were passed including speech and sound.

I've got the exact same problem. I've downloaded ACT, and tried Win95 and Win98 modes, I've used the compatibility wizard, and nothing seems to help. I can play the game just fine, but I'm not able to save anything. It terminates the application and goes to desktop. Is there a way to work out a boot disk for this problem?
