Game Freezeing

Hi I have reinstalled SOF and Elite Force on a Fresh Copy of Win 2K after ME messed up. When i try and run either game I get a Black Screen and the PC freezes, The games used to work, just recently they haven't.

Hi I have reinstalled SOF and Elite Force on a Fresh Copy of Win 2K after ME messed up .
When i try and run either game I get a Black Screen and the PC freezes, The games used to work, just recently they haven't.
I have a Voodoo 3 3500 (Latest BETA Drivers)
SB Live, 230 MB RAM 30 GB Hard Drive, Cable modem and DX8a, with a P3 450 MHz.
Any Help appreciated.

Have you tried other drivers besides the latest beta?

Use the setting that the game has for 3dfx cards, ususally its Glide or Open GL.
