Games on Win2k
I downgraded from Windows XP to Windows 2000 with SP4 and formatted the whole hard drive. I installed all the updated drivers and direct x 9. 0c, and then some games. I tried to open MUonline, but when I click connect, it just closes out.
I downgraded from Windows XP to Windows 2000 with SP4 and formatted the whole hard drive. I installed all the updated drivers and direct x 9.0c, and then some games. I tried to open MUonline, but when I click connect, it just closes out. So then I try Star Wars Battlefront, but when I connect to a server, it just closes out. I have a Nvidia 5200, and i've tried downgrading the drivers, but with no luck. Can anyone help me with this?

Ok I have it fixed now. I downgraded to version 44.03 driver for Nvidia Geforce FX 5200.
Well my pie eating friend I'm glad you got things worked out. Based on the title of your thread I was simply going to respond that Win2K is an excellent gaming platform, but it sounds like you already know that . Also one tip on gaming make sure that everything in your task scheduler is set to run when idle so it won't interfere with your gaming.
