Giving Administrator account ability to change permissions
I need to give the administrator account (or perhaps another one instead) access to change permissions on the entire machine. I need to be able to access users local folders under the Documents And Settings directory for virus/spyware scans and other reasons.

I assume that there is a way to do this using gpedit.msc but I can't determine how to do it. Can anyone help me?

Hey guys, if that had been the case, than I wouldn't have posted. On the system that I am looking at, I can take ownership of a file as the administrator but I cannot view the contents of the directory or change their permissions. Any idea on what I could do?
Thanks.
Thanks.
