Good sub notebook

This is a discussion about Good sub notebook in the Windows Hardware category; Hello, It's my first time posting here. Don't hate me, but I'm a long time Mac user. Windows are great and I like both worlds. It has come to my attention that I need a small, portable laptop. Macs are good, but I really like the portability of the sub notebooks.

The trich here is that I'm in Japan and I'd like something that I can buy here. I've taken close looks at the Panasonic CF-R2W1AXR.

I am unable to find the R2 on an American website.
But here is the address to the W2 on a Canadian website.

Any other super portable laptop suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks

How about IBM's X-Series ThinkPad. You can even play the odd 3D game on it (16MB Radeon 7500)
