Goofy NFS 5 Problem

This is a discussion about Goofy NFS 5 Problem in the Windows Games category; Just reinstalled Win2K with SP2 RC 2. 52 and detonator 7. 52 drivers. I have noticed that whenever i switch resolutions in NFS Porsche Unleashed to anything above 640x480, i will get the standard windows hourglass icon stuck in the corner.

Just reinstalled Win2K with SP2 RC 2.52 and detonator 7.52 drivers. I have noticed that whenever i switch resolutions in NFS Porsche Unleashed to anything above 640x480, i will get the standard windows hourglass icon stuck in the corner. This is particularly annoying when I am drivign and the stupid icon is blocking the spedometer. Anyone have this problem/know how to fix it?
