grim fandango, again
This is a discussion about grim fandango, again in the Windows Games category; i got it installed no problem, but now it's just giving me more grief. randomly, the sound will cut out, and the game will not allow me to move or interact with anything, but i can still access the menu.

randomly, the sound will cut out, and the game will not allow me to move or interact with anything, but i can still access the menu. this happens particularly when i save, causing me to have to restart the game.
also, it likes to randomly minimize itself to the start bar. this is sometimes followed by the sound issues previously listed.
any thoughts?
