Guys what is the best way to scan for trojans on my computer

This is a discussion about Guys what is the best way to scan for trojans on my computer in the Windows Software category; I used the cleaner but it found nothing however when I got up this morning I had some IE windows up that I should not have been since I only use Mozilla Firebird. .

Use Lavasoft Ad-aware, my sister was having those kind of popups too. After ad-aware, it was Ok.
