I've seen gamespy ping that high before but when you get in the game it is back to normal. Last time i saw this, it was also on a win2k machine. First of all, get the latest version of gamespy. Make sure you are fully up to date with half-life/CS. Half Life is now version 1.1.0.8. CS is now 1.3. Make sure you have BOTH updated. After that, try a manual ping. Pull up a command prompt and ping one of the ip's that are listed in gamespy. If it pings okay then sounds like you have a problem with gamespy. Try connecting to a server through the game itself, rather than using gamespy. Process of elimination, try and locate the problem. Its looking like its Gamespy though. Good luck.
