what are your other specs? the 9290 should run it but being pci, it doesnt get as good of a transfer rate over the bus as an agp card. make sure you have all of the right drivers and that theyre fully updated
its should be able to run it at minumin res's, i had a 9200SE PCI and it runs at 60fps. try OCing it.
