half-life + mods
This is a discussion about half-life + mods in the Windows Games category; Well, it seems that sometimes when I'm playing half-life (usually mods such as TFC or counter strike). . . every once an a while I'll get disconnected from the server and I'll get an error msg box that says something like: net_sendpacket ERROR: WAESNER that is not the EXACT message.

that is not the EXACT message...but if you have had this probem and know what it is and the solution, please tell me

that just means that you failed to recieve the packet from the server....whats your i-net connection? provider?

Well, my ISP is prodigy...but everyone I know that has windows XP that I've talked with have ALL had this problem...it's really weird...
Hmm, i have XP pro, with Counterstrike and have NEVER seen this problem even with my good ol' 56K modem!
Now im usin 512/256 ADSL, so it may be a problem either with ur ISP, or ur settings.
