has anyone tried the new omega drivers for nvidia cards?

saw the link on the front page they sound pretty good but I was wondering if they are worth the switch from the super stable feature rich detonator 29. 42 drivers which i am running now. .

The performance with the Omega drivers is slower, but image quality is quite improved. Now if there was a possibility to reduce the bilinear filtering in D3D mode a bit the image quality would be equal to OpenGL. Right now it´s just too blurry.
