This is a discussion about Help in the Windows Hardware category; I am trying to upgrade Me with 2475 Home and am getting an error message stating Windows XP setup can not determine what version of Windows I am using and will quit. Has anyone had this problem, and is there a workaround? I dont want to do a clean install because I will loose to much stuff!!! Thanks, John.
