I think that the Award Bootblock BIOS is a built in BIOS recovery thingy. I think it allows you to boot up and flash the BIOS in the event of a corrupted BIOS.
Personally, I think you should try and ring the dealer where you brought the board from before attempting anything.

When I had this message on my system, I rang the shop where I brought it, they said that I should bring it back.
What kind of Keyboard are you using USB or PS/2. The Bootblock BIOS is very basic. It provides very basic keyboard access (no numeric keypad). Try another keyboard and see if it helps
Try ringing the place where the parts were purchased and see what they have to say.

1. I haven't been in the bios
2. If i had, i know what im doing anyway
3. How the he11 could i corrupt the fu(k1ng BIOS
I thought the whole point in the Dual Bios was to stop this from happening?
Does Gigabyte give a service like ASUS where you can send the motherboard directly to Gigabyte themseleves and have them check it over?

I don't know. The dealer should reflash the BIOS.
