help, 3Com ADSL modem doesn't work on XP,

Hi, I've tested several beta version of XP, Professional and Home Edition. My 3COM ADSL Modem Dualink just doesn't work on XP. It works fine under Win95/98/ME/2k. I guess it's a driver problem, but 3Com has discontinued its support for all broadband modens.

Hi,

I've tested several beta version of XP, Professional and Home Edition. My

3COM ADSL Modem Dualink just doesn't work on XP. It works fine under
Win95/98/ME/2k. I guess it's a driver problem, but 3Com has
"discontinued" its support for all broadband modens.

Anyone having the same problem? Any help?

I have already tried using the 'RASPPPOE PPP over Ethernet Protocol for
Windows 2000/XP/2002' (written by Robert Schlabbach), but didn't work
either.

By the way, I can't change the modem or buy another one. There's a
contract between the phone operator and 3Com, they just can't use another brand.

Thanks for any help,
RebĂȘlo.
