Help and Support Center W/XP-SP2
This is a discussion about Help and Support Center W/XP-SP2 in the Windows Software category; Hi everyone, When I start Help and Support center, I don't get any knowledge base articles when I do a search. The knowledge base tab reports 0 results. I am thinking that this is caused by Microsoft's major overhaul of their KB system.

When I start Help and Support center, I don't get any knowledge base articles when I do a search. The knowledge base tab reports 0 results. I am thinking that this is caused by Microsoft's major overhaul of their KB system. Anyone else have this problem?

I dont have a problem with the Knowledge Base coming up with 0, but then again, that depends on what you are searching for.

It comes up with 0 results no matter what is entered. I even tried Microsoft! "Suggested Topics" and "Full Text Search Matches" both work correctly.

Sorry, but I'm a bit slow when it comes to the Microsoft Help thingy, I never use it. Have you tried doing a Microsoft Update? I do it pretty often to get the fixes, cause, as you know, they aren't perfect
