HELP!! Hercules 3D Prophet 8500 128 or GeForce 4 128 ???

heya peeps Which one to buy ??. . a friend of mine is a graphics designer. . so he needs a good card. . the GeForce 4 is 2x the price of the Hercules. . Where can I find a compariosn of features. .

We need to know tons of things:

Resolutions he uses?
What kind of IQ he needs?
Does he need dual monitors?
OGL or D3D support primarily?
Which OS does he use?

Does he need dual monitors? No
OGL or D3D support primarily? both but opengl primarily
Which OS does he use? Windows XP Pro

What kind of IQ he needs? .. what does IQ stands for ?? hehe

lol - any the reason behind that is...................

in this case yes, if u are talking about gett'n a G4 4600 ultra card... but then i would say get an ATI 9700 PRO and forget both choices above.

Personally, i would rather get an ATI card with 128, then another comapny using ATi chip.

What kind of G4 card? 4200, 4400, 4600 ?

if u are gonna get a 4600, i say get the ATI 9700 pro instead.

Have u looked on each makers site for the specs of each card...
