I have a laptop running on windows xp home edition. It has a 3.2 ghz pentium 4 and 1 gig of ram, with an ati mobility radeon 9700. Yet, when I play video games, sometimes the refresh rates are really slow and the computer freezes once in a while. I tried up[censored] my drivers, but when I download the driver update packs from the ati website, and try to install, it gives me the error message "INS error, video driver not found" What can I do to solve this?
