Help installing Win2000 and MSI-6163 MOBO

I'm trying to install win2000 on a MSI-6163 mobo, but during setup process w2k hangs. I think it's a bios problem, but MSI web-site doesn't help me! I read on this forum there's a compatible bios to let win2000 boot.

I can only find the MS-6163FC...and that's just a BIOS update. I can't find any other info on the board.

Might help if you could list out your system specs and exactly what part of the setup process the system freezes at.

No wonder that was hard to find. It was on a different MSI website. You want at least the 2.6 BIOS.
