Help! Looking for multi-p racing game for NT 4?

Help! My coworkers and I need a racing game that will run under NT4. 0 SP6. I know most of you guys are concerned with Win2k, but we're stuck here for now. The machines are not new either but the worst is 350 PII with Matrox Millenium card.

We get reasonable performance out of Q3; UT is OK, but we're tired of shooting each other and want to bang fenders a bit. We're not too worried about being cutting edge if there is some older software that will run well.

Is there a mulitplayer racing game (cars, motorcycles, boats, whatever) that will run with this OS? Thanks in advance!

Grand Prix Legends works with NT4, in software rendering mode.
It has multiplayer capabilities too...
Tried it on my 2nd test machine P90/64MB/NT4SP6, and it actually worked.

Coolio - thanks. Open wheel racing out to make for some great crashes... we'll check it out.

Anybody else have suggestions?

I'm sure TOCA worked in software mode for the NT4 people. Only requires the one CD.

That Quake 2 mod micro machines?
Quake1 rally.

Krister: I downloaded the GPL demo from Sierra's website and installed it, configured to run in software rendering. It won't run because it's looking for 'RASAPI32.dll' which it can't find. Any thoughts?

We've never had demos run. Is it just that the demos don't get all the patches that full versions do and so won't work on marginal OS like ours? It's Catch-22: we don't want to pay for products that don't run, but if the full version runs when the demo won't...

Euan: TOCA demo wouldn't install under NT. I looked for the Micro machines Q2 mod but couldn't find it (yet).

Thanks, gang! I really appreciate the help so far.

Yep, your right. The demo needs the (Win9X) version of RASAPI32.DLL. No, you can't take the Win9X .DLL and put it into NT, I tried that.
I tested the *real retail version* of GPL on the famous P90/64MB/MilleniumII. That version works...
