HELP Resident Evil 2 on Windows XP dont work

This is a discussion about HELP Resident Evil 2 on Windows XP dont work in the Windows Games category; I read how experts here posted on how to mkae Resident Evil 2 compatible with Windows 95, i did everything, and yet i still can't save!!!!! i changed the shortcut and the actual. exes of LeonU and ClaireU it doesnt work can some one give me a more detailed steps on how to make it work plz plz plz!!! thx in advance.

it doesnt work

can some one give me a more detailed steps on how to make it work
