help! welcome screen went away

after installing some new software for my cisco wireless internet card the program disabled my welcome screen. i went to the control panel/ user accounts / change the way users log on or off / and get an error saying that a recently installed program has disabled it and that i should uninstall, i tried uninstalling ...

Installation of the Novell Netware services/protocols auto-disables the Welcome Screen, and uses the "classic" logon box...FWIW.
