Help with Pinnacle Studio PCTV and win2k

guys I need help, a friend of mine gave me a Pinnacle Studio PCTV and I need to know how to get it to work with win2k. i read these intructions on this site but none of the links to the drivers work. anyone have these files? also I read on the pinnacle site that the software that comes with the card will not work under win2k. so what do I do for software?
Pinnacle Studio PCTV (Miro) Yes W2000 06/00
Here is what you need:
ftp://ftp.pinnaclesys.de/driver/pc/pctv/pctv40en.exe (v. 4.0, 13 MB)
ftp://ftp.pinnaclesys.de/driver/pc/pctv/pctv401en.exe (update to v. 4.01, 3MB)
ftp://ftp.pinnaclesys.de/driver/pc/beta/pctv402s.exe (update to v. 4.02beta, 448 KB)
1. Install the drivers version 4.0. If you have the pro version of the card (with radio), select custom install to select the radio program.
2. Once finished the installation, run PCTV Vision and let the program tunethe channels (this is important)
3. Upgrade to version 4.01
4. Update to version 4.02
The changes from 4.0 to 4.02 are: many bug fixes, hibernation now possible, overlay support for a wider range of graphic cards, video grabbing support added, composite and s-video inputs now usable, other improvements.
