Help with - same vector for two different SCSI ?

I am having a odd lagging problem and. . have not yet. . solved it. . so I thought I would see if any one here can make sense of this! Thanks! NT claims that it is using the same vector for two different SCSI controllers.

Also here is a sample of a bench test i did..
NOTE C, F,G,H Are the same Hardrive 1 7200 20 gig the read speeds are very low... with the cpu usage..
and D, I, J, K are Hardrive 2 4200 20 gig here the read speed is high.. along with the cpu usage..

CPU usage 6 percent

it is pretty typical for the rest..

I am now wondering if my troubles are the via driver issues
 
since the system is seeing my ide drives as scsi?
 
any clues?
 
will the 4 in 1 drivers fix this mess?
