Hereos Of Might And Magic IV - instalation problem

This is a discussion about Hereos Of Might And Magic IV - instalation problem in the Windows Games category; So I have HOMM4, and I tried to install it, but after few clicks, when setup is starting program sysinfo. exe, whitch is on CD,. . . . this appears: unknown softweare exception (0xc0000094)in application on place 0x014767c6 what now? anyone know???.
