This is a discussion about hey everyone in the Everything New Technology category; sory for not posting for a long time. . . been busy with alot of stuff lately. . . i was just wondering has anything changed in Windows Xp home is it better then Win2k SP4 beta(just heard it came out) i have not payed attention to computers since the summer.

i have not payed attention to computers since the summer...so i was just wondering... also i did not even know SP1 for XP was out until i installed it and it gave me a blue screen! dam M$. oh well. i just formated and reinstalled XP home without SP1...

XP with SP1 gave me no issues, so must be something with your system, and not MS
do am search here, there are a few thread on 2k vs. XP.

the only isue that gave SP1 (winxp) was that the events sounds were sounding a second after the event! (weird isn' it?)
it was just enough to perform an unistall to SP1.

Never got SP1 d/led. I'm not concerned with it to get it.
