This is a discussion about hide my IP in the Windows Networking category; hy guys, i need a program to hide my IP. i searched @ google, but didn't find anything. only shit like trial and so one. . thx 4 all helps (ps. : i'm german and 15, so don't be worry about my bad english).

I tested proxy servers, but sites like http://meine-ip.com/
shows always the right IP!?

What are you up to? Why do you want to hide your IP address? Are you a script kiddy wannabe?
Probably to protect from script kiddies.
I run two virus scanners (McAfee & Innoculan), two spyware programs (Spybot and Ad-Aware), BHO Demon, Google Toolbar & a firewall plus all the stuff that comes with XPSP2 in order to keep the bastards honest.
I don't like infiltration.

but is there any program that takes my PC very safety and hides my IP, too???
i use AntiVir, ad-aware, spybot and zonealarm + sp2->(not on this PC).

Yeah I know Google Toolbar makes it's daily report to the overlord, but that doesn't worry me. More concerned with malware/spyware that does unknown things with my machine and my data.
Google knows everything about me anyway as I have an active GMail account.
