High Colour Taskbar icons

This is a discussion about High Colour Taskbar icons in the Customization Tweaking category; Does anyone know how to make the icons near the clock high colour like on Windows ME and Windows XP. On Windows 2000 they seem to be in 16 colours. Any registry entry to fix this. Ash.
