Hot CPU Tester is a system stability tester. It tests CPU, and virtually all part of motherboard units for errors. Therefore it can find overclocked and defected CPUs. It, also, can be used for overclockers to find out if their system is stable or not.
Some of it features are:
-Written purely to test CPU, chipset & motherboard
-Uses SSE, MMX and AMD 3DNow! instruction sets
-Testing L1 & L2 cache
-Testing System Bus, Memory Bus
-Testing chipsets along with motherboard
-Monitoring CPU quality
-Testing modules are written in assembly
-Multiprocessor compatible
-Multi-threaded with high priority level
-Built-in anti-crash and error detector

im trying it on my dual gigahertz machine but when I check my task manager it says Im only using 50% and not 100%, I cant find any options to enable it to do do multiple processors.
by the way if it does end up working on my dual rig, I def. think this is quite a cool program. cheers.

If your CPU utilization is only 50%, there should be a bug somewhere
