hotmail error
I have a problem with hotmail. . . hotmail works just fine for me but when my mom tries to login she gets this message: ERROR Due to an internal error your request cannot be processed. We apologize for the inconvenience.
I have a problem with hotmail...hotmail works just fine for me but when my mom tries to login she gets this message:

Please do the following:
Close all web browser windows.
Restart your web browser.
I have closed and restarted my web browser and that doesn't do anything...I added my mom's hotmail address to an outlook express account and that didn't work either...any suggestions?
