How can I load soundfonts in win2k?

This is a discussion about How can I load soundfonts in win2k? in the Windows Hardware category; With liveware 3 installed I can't find the utility that loads soundfonts to the sblive. How can I do that under win2k? Thanks.

Creative has to be blamed for building incomplete updates. In Windows 98 SE you had to use the initial CD drivers plus two updates just not to be deprived of real Dos compatibility.
 
This is a pain but you need to reinstall the March 2000 Liveware drivers and only then reapply the update.
 
Good news are that Dynamic Soundfont Caching is possible with third party tools, check:
