Hi,
You need a utility to convert the .bin file to a .iso file. You can try WinISO, for example, which also can directly burn your CD from the .bin file. I personally don't like using it for burning because I have had some problems, but I do use it to convert the file to iso and the use easy CD creator to burn the CD.
Running a search on Google for WinISO should easily lead you to their site. Hope that helps.

Alternatively (and much easier than messing around with WinISO), if you have a .cue file as well as the .bin file, edit that so the paths are correct, then open the .cue file from within Nero.

You could use CDRWIN wich the BIN file would work just great with...
But you need the CUE-file too... Open the CUE file in CDRWIN and then you will see the data that is to be burned... Then just burn...
